It is nice if the GE PYE22PYNFS had Precise Fill it's an option in a few other GE refrigerators that allows you to preset how many cups of water you'd like to dispense at once. The fridge displays a countdown timer to show you how much water is left but it's not as effective as Precise fill. Bosch Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator The Bosch French-door Refrigerator is an impressive product. It's designed to look like a seamless piece in your kitchen. The fridge uses fingerprint-resistant stainless steel, which is a great feature for busy households. It also has a veggie compartment which keeps vegetables and fruits fresher for longer and dual compressors to preserve food. The ice maker we tested is one of the most efficient and makes the shape of a pyramid using only water. This fridge is the perfect option for households with a single member or kitchenettes looking for an integrated look and top of the line food preservation. This refrigerator was the highest-rated refrigerator in our Refrigerators test for a few reasons. The temperature of the freezer remained stable at a level that was just above 0 degrees Fahrenheit and never fluctuating more than a fraction of a degree—this is key in preventing freezing burn. In fact it took a bit longer to defrost and chill foods in this fridge as compared to other fridges we tried. This could be due to the greater capacity. Another issue with the door of this refrigerator. The handles that are sunken allow shorter people to open them from the bottom. However taller people have a difficult time closing them without slamming. It would have been better if they had a front-mounted handles. Its capacity is superior for a counter-depth model, and it cools evenly and has a good layout. It's also a little cheaper than the top counter-depth refrigerator with an ice maker, which can make it a popular choice. Frigidaire Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator This Frigidaire French door refrigerator is a great choice when you're looking for a French door fridge that won't break the budget. It has a simple design that isn't as striking visually as some of the competition however it comes with enough features that make it a great option. In my tests, I discovered that the temperatures in the refrigerator were fairly consistent across different parts of the fridge. The temperatures in the top, bottom and middle of the refrigerator didn't vary much from 38 degrees. This is a great performance however it doesn't be among the top in our rankings.
